Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Manage and supervise the dry goods sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base. Maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, distributors, and key customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify sales opportunities. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic sales performance reports for management. Ensure timely collection of customer payments and monitor outstanding receivables. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics departments to ensure timely product availability and delivery. Monitor inventory levels and recommend stock replenishment based on sales trends. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional activities with customers in accordance with company policies. Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer relationships and identify new opportunities. Train, mentor, and evaluate sales representatives to improve their performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales procedures. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and present business updates to senior management. Perform any other duties assigned by Management related to sales and business development. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or dry goods industry. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good command of spoken and written English. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
