CMMS / CAFM Operator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary The CMMS / CAFM Operator is responsible for the effective administration and operation of the Computerized Maintenance Management System and/or CCAFM system. The role ensures accurate management of work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, asset information, space management, and maintenance records to support efficient facility operations and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Duties & Responsibilities : Operate and maintain the CMMS/CAFM system to support daily maintenance operations. Create, assign, update, and close maintenance work orders. Ensure all work orders are accurately documented and completed within agreed service levels. Maintain system data integrity and ensure timely updates of maintenance records. Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance (PM) activities. Generate preventive maintenance work orders according to maintenance plans. Track completion of scheduled maintenance tasks. Identify overdue PM activities and follow up with maintenance teams. Maintain an accurate asset register within the CMMS/CAFM system. Record new assets, modifications, replacements, and disposals. Update equipment specifications, warranties, maintenance history, and asset locations. Receive maintenance requests from users and clients. Prioritize and dispatch work orders according to service level agreements Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in CMMS/CAFM administration or facilities maintenance coordination.
