Investment Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Capital Raising, Investor Relations & Strategic Partnerships Identify and engage potential investors including family offices, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, private investment firms, and strategic partners. Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, investment firms, and financial institutions. Support the Chairman and leadership team in fundraising initiatives across debt and equity capital sources. Prepare investor presentations, investment memorandums, fundraising materials, and executive investment proposals. Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and strategic partnership discussions. Develop and manage investor pipelines and relationship databases. Support negotiations related to project financing, structured lending facilities, and investment partnerships. Track funding opportunities and capital market developments relevant to the real estate sector. Act as a key liaison between BNW and external investors, lenders, and advisors. Financial & thematic analysis Develop financial models supporting fundraising, project financing, and investment discussions. Prepare feasibility studies and business cases for prospective investors and lending institutions. Analyse project returns, funding requirements, and capital structures. Prepare executive dashboards and reports for fundraising and financing activities. Support valuation exercises required for investor discussions and partnership negotiations. Track global and regional macroeconomic trends, capital flows, and investment themes Produce high-quality investment reports and executive briefings for leadership. Strategic Partnerships & Funding Structures Evaluate financing alternatives for real estate projects and corporate growth initiatives. Support structuring of joint ventures, co-development partnerships, and strategic alliances. Conduct financial analysis to support funding discussions with investors and lenders. Assist leadership in evaluating partnership structures and capital deployment strategies. Participate in due diligence processes with prospective investors and financing partners. Coordinate with legal, finance and commercial teams during transaction execution. Executive Advisory Advise leadership on capital raising opportunities and investor engagement strategies. Prepare board-level updates on fundraising progress and investor pipeline development. Provide market intelligence regarding investor sentiment, funding trends, and financing opportunities. Support strategic discussions involving growth capital, joint ventures, and institutional partnerships. Desired Candidate Profile Qualified Chartered Accountant or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting or Business. CFA preferred 5–12 years of experience in related areas like Investment Banking and management, Private Equity, asset management, corporate finance, thematic investment Prior experience of working with private investment banks or houses, family offices, boutique investment companies, institutional investors, private equity or sovereign funds and raising funds or capital through investors Prior experience in real estate sector is preferrable Exceptional intellectual curiosity and high ownership mindset Strong commercial judgement and handling matters with discretion Ability to convert complex data into executive insights Excellent presentation, influencing, and communication skills.
