Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Business Growth & Revenue Leadership Develop and execute the UAE market expansion strategy aligned with company objectives. Own and achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets for the region. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to drive predictable revenue growth. Sales Leadership Lead end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, client acquisition, negotiations, and account expansion. Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Establish sales processes, forecasting mechanisms, and performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize go-to-market strategies. Strategic Partnerships Build relationships with key stakeholders, channel partners, technology partners, and industry associations. Identify strategic alliances that accelerate market penetration and customer acquisition. Represent DoubleTick at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Customer Success & Market Development Work closely with customer success teams to ensure high customer retention and expansion. Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to influence product strategy. Drive brand awareness and position DoubleTick as a market leader in business messaging and customer engagement solutions. Operational Leadership Manage regional business operations and ensure compliance with local regulations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Prepare business plans, forecasts, and regular performance reports for leadership. Required Qualifications Experience 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or general management roles. Minimum 3+ years in a leadership position managing revenue targets and sales teams. Proven experience selling SaaS, CRM, MarTech, CPaaS, customer engagement, or communication platforms. Demonstrated success in building and scaling business operations within the UAE market. Strong network within the UAE business ecosystem. Skills Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen. Excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills. Experience managing enterprise and mid-market sales cycles. Strong leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in WhatsApp Business, customer engagement, automation, CRM, or messaging technology platforms. Exposure to GCC markets beyond UAE. MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred. Key Success Metrics Regional revenue growth. New customer acquisition. Enterprise account wins.
