FITOUT PROJECT MANAGER / FITOUT SITE ENGINEER

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to completion for interior fit-out and design projects. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal design teams to ensure smooth execution. Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines and resource allocation. Prepare and present project reports, schedules and project documentation. Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations and safety protocols. Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, progress and resolve on-site challenges. Track and report daily progress and resources deployed at each project site. Use MS Project to manage tasks, assign resources and adjust timelines based on real-time site updates. Prepare and maintain project programs, Gantt charts, dashboards and progress reports, ensuring management is kept informed of project milestones, delays, resource allocation and overall project performance. Resolve project-related issues, risks and stakeholder concerns promptly and professionally. Desired Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in interior fit-out, renovation, construction, project management or site engineering, preferably within the UAE or GCC. Candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field, with strong knowledge of project planning, site execution, documentation, coordination and reporting. Experience in interior fit-out project management, site coordination, contractor/subcontractor management, MS Project, project schedules, Gantt charts and daily progress reporting is required. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory, as the role requires regular site visits across the UAE. Experience in MEP coordination and fit-out project estimation will be considered an advantage. The candidate must be fluent in English, detail-oriented, proactive, able to manage multiple stakeholders and capable of delivering projects on time, within budget and according to quality standards.
