Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules. Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents. Screen phone calls, emails, and visitors, directing inquiries appropriately. Maintain filing systems and confidential records. Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items. Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and administrative documentation. Liaise with internal departments Monitor office supplies and coordinate administrative support activities. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management. Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Professional appearance and demeanor. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
