Payroll Officer (Immediate Joiner)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Process monthly payroll accurately and within established deadlines. Execute payroll policies and procedures in accordance with company standards and UAE Labour Law. Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, commissions, incentives, and bonuses. Coordinate with attendance coordinators across all departments to collect, review, and verify monthly timesheets for payroll processing. Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding salaries, benefits, payroll deductions, and other payroll-related matters. Maintain accurate payroll records, reconcile payroll data with the Finance Department, and ensure audit compliance. Prepare and maintain leave records, leave salary calculations, and leave encashment in accordance with company policies. Prepare and process final settlements, including end-of-service benefits, in compliance with UAE Labour Law. Ensure payroll processing complies with UAE Labour Law and company policies. Prepare payroll reports and employment-related documents, including salary certificates, employment certificates, and No Objection Certificates (NOCs). Assist in budget preparation, salary increment analyses, performance appraisal calculations, and payroll-related reports. Support other Human Resources functions and perform additional duties as assigned. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2–3 years of payroll experience, preferably in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, payroll processing, leave management, and end-of-service benefit calculations. Proficiency in payroll software, HRMS/HRIS, and Microsoft Excel. Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
