Workshop Coordinator (Rental Application – Genset)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate daily workshop operations for rental generators (Gensets). Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Monitor generator preparation, testing, dispatch, and return processes. Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and rental operations teams. Ensure timely availability of generators and related equipment for rental projects. Maintain service records, job cards, maintenance logs, and workshop documentation. Track spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements. Follow up on equipment breakdowns and ensure timely repairs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workshop performance reports. Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding equipment status and delivery schedules. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field. 5–8 years of experience in generator (Genset) rental operations or workshop coordination. Strong knowledge of diesel generators, maintenance planning, and workshop operations. Experience in ERP systems and MS Office applications. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. UAE driving license will be an added advantage. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of rental fleet management. Understanding of spare parts inventory control. Strong organizational and reporting skills. Team coordination and customer service orientation.
