Sales Representatives (Laboratory Diagnostics & Reagents)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage potential clients within the healthcare and research sectors to introduce our advanced diagnostic solutions. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the technical advantages and clinical benefits of our laboratory diagnostics and reagents. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, focusing on key accounts and market penetration. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with laboratory managers, physicians, and purchasing departments to foster customer loyalty. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field. Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience specifically within the medical device, diagnostics, or life sciences industry. Demonstrated success in selling laboratory diagnostic instruments, reagents, or related consumables. Strong understanding of clinical laboratory workflows, diagnostic testing methodologies, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, CLIA). Promote and sell laboratory diagnostic reagents and related products. Visit hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and healthcare facilities. Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing customer accounts. Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
