Income Auditor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Audit daily revenue from all operational departments (Front Office, Food & Beverage, Spa, Recreation, etc.). Verify daily sales reports, POS transactions, and system-generated revenue reports. Reconcile cash, credit card, online payment, and bank transactions. Review discounts, voids, complimentary transactions, refunds, and adjustments for proper authorization. Ensure all revenue is accurately recorded in the accounting system. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly income audit reports. Investigate and resolve revenue discrepancies with operational departments. Reconcile occupancy, room revenue, and other departmental revenues. Maintain proper documentation and audit trails. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Assist internal and external auditors during audits. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in income auditing, revenue auditing, or accounting. Hospitality experience is MANDATE. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Experience with ERP, PMS, and POS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Opera, Micros) is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
