Planning Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans. Define & sequence project activities, milestones, critical paths, and project deliverables w.r.t Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Authority Approvals, Snagging, Handover to meet contractual milestones Establish realistic timelines for interior fit-out works including Stone, joinery, MEP, finishes, furnishings, and handover activities in detailed microlevel schedule Monitor project progress and track planned vs actual performance Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients, Monitor procurement schedules and long-lead material deliveries Coordinate manpower, material, equipment, and subcontractor requirements Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, designers, procurement teams, and subcontractors for progress updates & highlight concerns with possible solutions for resolution of issues Participate in project meetings and provide schedule updates, prepare/track MOM’s Identify schedule risks and constraints impacting project delivery & develop mitigation plans and recovery strategies Conduct impact assessments for design changes, variations, and delays. Support extension-of-time (EOT) assessments where applicable. Maintain records of schedule revisions, delays, and mitigation actions Desired Candidate Profile BE Civil, + Construction Management (NICMAR) – Preferable Proficiency in Primavera and Microsoft office, Project Planning Tools, Monitoring & Scheduling.
