Joinery Estimator / Operations engineer /site Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Site Engineer / Operations Engineer / Joinery Estimator is responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating project execution, and preparing accurate cost estimates for joinery and fit-out projects. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Supervise daily site activities and monitor project progress. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site. Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports and maintain project documentation. Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at all times. Resolve site-related technical and operational issues. Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications for estimation purposes. Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for joinery and fit-out works. Calculate material, labor, and production costs. Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Support tender submissions, budgeting, and project cost control. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and support project handover. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or a related Engineering field. 2+ years of experience in site engineering, operations, or joinery estimation. Ability to read technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and AutoCAD. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
