Sales Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities and generate sales across the UAE market. Promote and sell manhole covers, drainage products, and fabricated metal products. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, MEP contractors, consultants, and clients. Identify new projects and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders. Conduct regular client visits to achieve monthly sales targets. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with customers. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate customer records. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities. Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification. Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory). 2–3 years of UAE sales experience in construction materials, metal fabrication, or related industries. Experience in manhole covers, drainage products, or similar construction products is preferred. Strong knowledge of manhole covers, drainage items, and related construction products. Strong network with UAE contractors, MEP contractors, and consultants. Good understanding of the UAE construction market, project sales cycle, and customer requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Hindi; Arabic is an added advantage. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong planning, problem-solving, and time management skills.
