Social Media Specialist

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Multimedia Executive to lead our digital presence across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, driving engaging content strategies, and leading a creative team to deliver high-quality multimedia content. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other digital platforms. Develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Create, schedule, publish, and monitor content across all social media channels. Plan and oversee photography, videography, and multimedia production for marketing campaigns and events. Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the Photographer and Multimedia Designer, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets. Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, Sales, and Operations teams to produce compelling digital content. Monitor social media performance, analyze campaign metrics, and prepare monthly performance reports. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Ensure brand consistency across all digital and multimedia communications. Manage online reputation by monitoring reviews, comments, and customer engagement. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 3–5 years of experience in social media management and multimedia marketing. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and other digital marketing platforms. Proficiency in content planning, copywriting, photography, videography coordination, and digital campaign management. Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) is an advantage. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. Willing to commute to Ajman head office Experience in the UAE market is preferred.
