Contract Manager / Mobilization Manager– Catering (Short term conract)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary The Contract Manager / Mobilization Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the mobilization of new catering contracts and ensuring smooth operational delivery throughout the contract period. This role oversees project timelines, staffing, procurement, compliance, food safety, client relationships, and financial performance while ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual requirements. Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and implement mobilization plans for new catering contracts. Coordinate pre-opening activities, including staffing, procurement, equipment installation, and facility readiness. Ensure timely operational readiness before contract commencement. Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, Procurement, Finance, HSE, and Operations. Manage project timelines and mobilization budgets. Ensure high-quality food production and service delivery. Monitor productivity and operational efficiency. Ensure all contractual KPIs and SLAs are achieved. Monitor contract performance and prepare regular operational reports. Optimize manpower utilization. Prepare and manage operational budgets. Monitor food cost, labor cost, and overhead expenses. Review monthly financial performance. Desired Candidate Profile 8–12 years of experience in catering or hospitality operations. Minimum 5 years in a managerial role. Experience working with Defence, Oil & Gas, Energy, or Large Industrial Projects is an advantage Proven experience in contract mobilization and project implementation.
