Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of MEP & HVAC technicians Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across multiple systems Ensure all work is completed as per company standards and client requirements Assign tasks and monitor team productivity and performance Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and materials Maintain service reports and update management regularly Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Coordinate with clients and respond to service requests efficiently Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in MEP & HVAC maintenance Proven experience as a Multi-Technician Supervisor or similar role Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Ability to supervise and work hands-on when required Valid UAE driving license (mandatory) Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage) Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple sites and tasks under pressure Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Air ConditioningRefrigerationHVAC Department / Functional Area MEP (MechanicalElectricalPlumbing) Keywords Technical SpecialistMulti-Skilled TechnicianMaintenance TechnicianElectrical SystemsMechanical SystemsTroubleshootingSafety ProtocolsPreventive Maintenance Get real-time job updates only on our App
