Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Receive qualified leads from the Sales/Tele-sales team. Prepare and send tailored quotations based on customer needs. Negotiate with clients and close deals to achieve monthly revenue targets. Increase order value through upselling and cross-selling techniques. Follow up with clients until the deal is fully completed. Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM systems. Provide weekly reports on sales performance, opportunities, and progress. Work toward achieving KPIs such as monthly sales volume, closing rate, and average order value. Desired Candidate Profile Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Good commercial understanding and ability to identify customer needs and business opportunities. Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets. Previous experience in sales, preferably in closing or account management roles. Experience in B2B sales or the Food & Beverage / HoReCa sector is a strong advantage. Highly motivated, results-driven, and focused on achieving KPIs. Comfortable using CRM systems to manage pipelines and track sales activities.
