Junior Landscape Maintenance Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities A Landscape Maintenance Engineer oversees and manages a team of technicians to ensure the upkeep and enhancement of indoor or outdoor spaces. Responsibilities include coordinating daily tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring the conduct of quality landscape services such as pruning, watering, and fertilization and pest control. The Engineer monitors service agreements, maintains equipment, and ensures compliance with safety regulations. They also interact with clients to address concerns, provide updates, generate service reports and ensure satisfaction. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a solid knowledge of managing people are essential. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field. 2 - 8 years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related horticultural role. Basic understanding of plant identification, soil science, and irrigation principles. Familiarity with common landscape maintenance tools and equipment.
