Tenant Relation Specialist - Retail

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a customer-focused Tenant Relation Specialist to manage retailer relationships, support leasing activities, and ensure an outstanding tenant experience across our retail portfolio. This is a full-time position based in Doha, Qatar. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in retail property management, tenant relations, or customer service Experience coordinating with retail tenants and internal departments Familiarity with lease administration and retail operations Excellent communication and relationship management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Experience managing tenant relationships and resolving operational concerns Capable of coordinating fit-out activities, lease documentation, and store openings Adept at monitoring tenant compliance with operational standards Effective communication and conflict resolution skills Ability to maintain accurate records and operational reports Customer-focused approach with strong organizational capability Excellent coordination with leasing, operations, and facilities teams Desired Candidate Profile .
