MEP Quantity Surveyor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works. Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project cost reports. Measure and value work completed for monthly progress payments. Prepare interim payment applications and final account submissions. Evaluate subcontractor quotations, invoices, and payment certifications. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying. 8-10 years of UAE experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor in construction projects. Experience in Residential, Commercial, High-Rise, and Villa Projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV, and MEP systems.
