Junior Site Engineer – Landscape Projects

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Assist in the meticulous execution of landscape construction plans, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Supervise and coordinate on-site labor and subcontractors, directing daily activities for planting, hardscaping, and irrigation installation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate daily site records, including progress reports, material usage, and safety observations. Desired Candidate Profile Possess a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Have 1-3 years of relevant experience in landscape construction or a similar site-based role. Proficient in reading and interpreting landscape drawings, specifications, and construction plans. Familiarity with common landscape construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
