Job Description Roles & Responsibilities JOB LOCATION : MALAYSIA Candidate Requirements Nationality: Nepalese (Male) Age: 30 – 35 years old Education: Diploma or higher qualification Language: Fluent in spoken and written English Strong leadership and people management skills Good computer literacy and ability to prepare reports and analyze operational data Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment Desired Candidate Profile Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience. Experience managing a team of at least 10 employees. Must have previous overseas working experience. Candidates with working experience in Dubai (UAE), United Kingdom, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, or other developed countries will be given priority. Experience in Food & Beverage (F&B), restaurant operations, kitchen operations, hospitality, or customer service industries will be an added advantage. Candidates from other industries with strong supervisory and leadership experience are also encouraged to apply.
