HSE Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Assist the HSE Manager in ensuring compliance with ADNOC HSE regulations, IMS requirements, and approved HSE plans. Coordinate with ADNOC HSE representatives on safety-related matters. Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training for employees. Carry out site inspections, identify unsafe acts/conditions, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Participate in incident investigations, risk assessments (JSA/TRA), and emergency response activities. Monitor compliance with the Work Permit System, PPE, and safe work practices. Verify equipment certifications and ensure safe operation of tools and machinery. Organize HSE meetings, safety campaigns, and awareness programs. Prepare and submit HSE reports, statistics, and performance records. Maintain a strong HSE presence in the field to promote a positive safety culture. Desired Candidate Profile Shall be a four-year full-time degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Bachelor's of Technology / BSc in Engineering. Min 5–8 years of experience in the field of Oil & Gas / Oil Refineries / Petrochemical Plants, / EPC projects. Experience with ADNOC projects preferred. Strong knowledge of HSE standards, PTW systems, and risk management. Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills. Following additional qualifications/certifications will be preferred: Industrial Safety Diploma. Professional qualification like CSP/ CMIOSH/CRSP.
