Employee Relations Officer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Elegancia Arabia is hiring an Employee Relations Officer to support HR operations and employee relations activities for Head Office in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have experience working in contracting or construction companies in KSA, with strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, employee relations practices, and HR systems such as SAP. Preferred candidates are female Saudi nationals with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Handle employee relations matters in accordance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law. Support the HR team in managing employee grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and workplace concerns. Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee relations guidelines. Provide guidance to employees and line managers on HR policies, labor regulations, attendance, leave, benefits, and company procedures. Prepare and maintain employee relations documentation, warning letters, investigation reports, memos, and official HR correspondence. Coordinate with internal departments, project teams, and management to resolve employee-related issues professionally and efficiently. Support onboarding, employee orientation, and internal communication related to company policies and procedures. Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HR transactions through SAP or related HR systems. Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and other relevant government requirements where applicable. Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR reports. Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives. Coordinate exit procedures, clearance, final settlements, and employee separation documentation. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in employee relations or HR operations. Previous experience in contracting, construction, engineering, or project-based companies in KSA is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and employee relations procedures. Hands-on experience or exposure to SAP / SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems. Good understanding of HR policies, disciplinary procedures, employee documentation, and government HR platforms. Strong communication skills in Arabic and English. Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion. Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia or available to work in KSA. Preferred Candidate Profile Female Saudi national preferred. Experience supporting large-scale contracting or construction projects. Familiarity with HR operations in a fast-paced, project-based environment. Strong personality with the ability to deal with employees, site teams, and management professionally. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple HR and employee relations cases.
