Civil Engineer – Residential Villa Projects (UAE Experience Required)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day construction activities at residential villa project sites. Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and overall site progress. Manage authority inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. Handle snagging, rectification works, and final project handover. Assist with cost control and manage variation works. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Proven UAE experience in residential villa construction. Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works for villas. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Familiarity with UAE authority approval and inspection procedures. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple site activities in a fast-paced environment. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
