Junior Landscape Approval Coordinator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Act as the company's Dubai Municipality G+1 Licensed Engineer. Supervise G+1 villa construction, renovation, and technical services projects. Coordinate with Dubai Municipality, consultants, and other government authorities for approvals and inspections. Review and approve engineering drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions. Monitor site activities, quality, safety, and project progress. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, project specifications, and industry standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Prepare technical reports and attend project meetings when required. Desired Candidate Profile Valid Dubai Municipality G+1 Civil Engineer License (Mandatory). Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in G+1 residential villa construction. Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality approval procedures and regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. UAE Driving License is an advantage.
