IVD Integration Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities IVD integration Engineer (Saudi Arabia) Responsibilities Responsible for the installation, deployment, implementation, user training, and technical support of laboratory informatics solutions; Lead system integration and interface testing with hospital HIS, LIS, EMR, and other third-party systems; Communicate effectively with hospital IT departments, third-party vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery; Troubleshoot software, database, server, and network-related issues, and coordinate with headquarters R&D and technical support teams to resolve complex problems; Serve as the key technical liaison between the local subsidiary and headquarters, providing customer feedback and project updates to drive continuous product improvement; Enhance customer satisfaction and support the growth of regional healthcare informatics business. Qualifications Bachelor s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related fields; Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, laboratory informatics, or software implementation and delivery; Familiarity with healthcare information systems such as LIS, HIS, and EMR, as well as system integration projects; Experience with Windows/Linux servers, PGSQL databases, and basic networking concepts; Strong capabilities in system integration, interface troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving; Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and headquarters teams; Strong communication, coordination, customer service, and cross-cultural collaboration skills; Experience in the IVD industry, laboratory informatics, or international project implementation is preferred.
