Administrative Assistant
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Running the calendars, meetings, and internal comms so nothing slips. Keeping files, records, and operational documents properly organised and findable. Supporting the manager with the HR folder: staff calendars, visas, PRO coordination, and holidays. Jumping into ad hoc tasks, reports, and process improvements for the ops team. Owning the storage room — stock in, stock tracked, nothing lost. Keeping an eye on office facilities and equipment, and flagging issues before they're actual problems. Handling the general clerical and admin work that keeps an office moving. Spotting where things could run better, and fixing it before anyone has to ask. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent written and spoken English. Comfortable in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive). Organised to a genuinely obsessive standard — a real 10 out of 10. High attention to detail, strong time management, and full accountability for your own work. Able to work independently and keep sensitive information confidential. Calm under pressure, proactive by default, and never too precious for a small task.
