Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Marketing Analyst Job Summary We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that improve marketing performance and business growth. The successful candidate will monitor campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to help drive strategic marketing decisions. Key Responsibilities Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital and offline channels. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports. Track customer acquisition, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value. Conduct competitor and market research. Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and customer engagement. Create dashboards and reports for management. Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaigns. Forecast trends and provide recommendations using historical data. Monitor website, e-commerce, and social media analytics. Desired Candidate Profile Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of marketing analytics experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills. Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, Meta Insights, and advertising dashboards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent presentation and reporting abilities. Ability to interpret data into practical business recommendations. Experience in retail or cosmetics is an advantage.
