Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Logistics Sales Executive Company: Starlight Airlines Location: Sharjah Industry: Logistics, Freight Forwarding & Global Supply Chain Services Job Summary Starlight Airlines Worldwide Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Logistics Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across international logistics services. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services. Generate sales leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Promote air freight, sea freight, land transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance services. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service agreements to clients. Negotiate rates and contracts to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management. Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback reports. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings to expand the customer base. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation sales. Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, shipping, and supply chain operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships. Good understanding of UAE and international logistics markets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems. Valid UAE driving license is preferred. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
