E-Commerce Executive
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining online platforms, managing product listings, processing orders, monitoring inventory, and supporting online sales growth while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platform(s) and online marketplaces. Create, update, and maintain product listings, pricing, images, and descriptions. Process online orders, returns, and customer inquiries while ensuring a positive customer experience. Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment. Assist in planning and executing online promotions and marketing campaigns. Track sales performance, website traffic, and key performance metrics, and prepare regular reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations. Resolve operational issues and maintain accurate product information across all platforms. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales. Experience working with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or content management systems (CMS). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Basic understanding of digital marketing and online merchandising is an advantage. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
