Production Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet delivery timelines. Develop and manage production schedules based on customer orders and priorities. Supervise tailors, pattern makers, cutters, embroiderers, and production staff. Ensure garments meet the company's quality standards before delivery. Coordinate with the Design, Sales, and Procurement teams to ensure material availability. Monitor production costs, minimize wastage, and improve productivity. Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations. Prepare daily and weekly production reports for Operation Manager. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fashion, Apparel Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in garment or fashion production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in luxury fashion, couture, or bespoke garment production is preferred. UAE experience is an advantage.
