Admission Executive
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Admissions & Student Relationship Executive to manage enquiries, guide parents and students on suitable courses, and convert leads into enrollments. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing walk-in enquiries, coordinating with academic teams across branches, and ensuring a smooth journey from lead enquiry to confirmed student admission. This position plays a key role in supporting student growth while achieving admissions and conversion targets. Roles & Responsibilities Lead Handling & Conversion Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and online leads from prospective parents and students. Make outbound follow-up calls to interested leads and enquiries. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses and programs. Guide parents through course details, schedules, fees, and enrollment process. Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions through structured follow-ups. Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets. Customer Interaction & Branch Support Welcome and assist walk-in parents visiting the centre. Provide clear and professional course counselling. Coordinate student visits, demo sessions, and registrations. Maintain strong relationships with parents and students. Ensure excellent customer experience from first enquiry to enrollment. Coordination & Process Management Maintain accurate lead and admission records in CRM/system. Coordinate with trainers, academic teams, and branch staff for scheduling. Track enquiry status and ensure timely follow-ups. Support campaigns, events, and promotional activities when required. Prepare basic daily or weekly enquiry and conversion reports. Desired Candidate Profile Desired Candidate Profile 1–4 years experience in Admissions, Telesales, Education Sales, or Customer Relationship roles. Experience in training institutes, education centres, or service sales preferred. Strong communication and convincing skills. Comfortable handling telephone calls and walk-in customers. Target-oriented with good follow-up discipline. Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Email). Positive attitude and professional appearance. Currently residing in Abu Dhabi preferred.
