Sales Executive
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities developing long term client relationships and achieving sales targets across the company’s products and services. The role requires a proactive sales professional with strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract award. Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants contractors developers and corporate customers. Generate sales through field visits client meetings networking and business development activities. Prepare proposals quotations presentations and commercial offers. Negotiate contracts pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover. Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets. Maintain an active sales pipeline and update the CRM system regularly. Coordinate with engineering estimation procurement and operations teams to ensure accurate project execution. Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer requirements. Represent the company at exhibitions industry events and client meetings. Prepare weekly sales reports forecasts and business development plans. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and develop long term business relationships. Follow up on outstanding quotations and maximize conversion rates. Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross selling across the company’s services. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within construction EPC real estate industrial manufacturing or related sectors. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong network of clients consultants contractors or corporate customers within the UAE. Excellent negotiation presentation and communication skills. Strong commercial awareness and contract negotiation experience. Self motivated results driven and capable of working independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE for client meetings and business development. Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills. Compensation and Benefits Salary will be based on experience industry knowledge and proven sales performance. An attractive commission structure is offered for achieving and exceeding sales targets. Company car petrol allowance mobile phone and other business expenses will be provided.
