Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a dependable and proactive Remote Assistant to help with various tasks. Key Responsibilities: Create and design presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva or similar tools. Research various topics and compile findings into reports or summaries. Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including drafting content and scheduling. Interact with customers, responding to inquiries, providing information, and assisting with any issues or requests. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs. Provide administrative and operational support to assist with daily tasks, ensuring smooth workflow. Assist with other ad hoc tasks as required to support the team in all ways possible.
