Fleet Dispatcher Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage daily vehicle dispatching and transportation operations, coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations, prepare daily vehicle schedules, and monitor truck movements and delivery progress. Handle transportation issues in a timely manner and provide quick solutions when needed. Maintain dispatch records and prepare operation reports, while supporting fleet management and improving overall operational efficiency. إدارة عمليات جدولة المركبات والنقل اليومية، والتنسيق مع السائقين والعملاء والفرق الداخلية لضمان سير عمليات التسليم بشكل سلس. إعداد جداول المركبات اليومية ومتابعة حركة الشاحنات وتقدم عمليات النقل. معالجة مشاكل النقل بشكل سريع وتقديم الحلول المناسبة عند الحاجة. المحافظة على سجلات التنسيق وإعداد تقارير التشغيل، بالإضافة إلى دعم إدارة الأسطول وتحسين كفاءة العمليات. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred, with experience in fleet dispatching, transportation, or logistics operations. Candidate should have good communication and coordination skills, be responsible and honest, and able to work under pressure. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with good English communication ability. Experience in the Saudi transportation industry is preferred. Syrian or other nationalities with relevant experience are welcome to apply. يفضل أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على شهادة دبلوم أو بكالوريوس، ولديه خبرة في تنسيق الأسطول أو النقل أو العمليات اللوجستية. يجب أن يمتلك مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتنسيق، وأن يكون مسؤولاً وأميناً وقادراً على العمل تحت الضغط. إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office مثل Word وExcel وPowerPoint، مع قدرة جيدة على التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية. الخبرة في قطاع النقل داخل المملكة العربية السعودية تعتبر ميزة إضافية. نرحب بالمتقدمين من الجنسية السورية أو الجنسيات الأخرى ممن لديهم الخبرة المناسبة.
