Accounting Staff

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Independently handle daily accounting, bookkeeping and full set of accounts. Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit & loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow and other management reports. Handle UAE VAT calculation, reconciliation, filing preparation and maintain proper tax supporting documents. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, supplier/customer reconciliation and payment records. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, suppliers, clients and internal departments when required. Ensure all invoices, vouchers, receipts and financial records are accurate, complete and properly filed. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge. 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance, showcasing a practical understanding of the field. Certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence. Experience in a fast-paced environment, highlighting adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
