Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Agency Coordination & Support Support the management of paid media performance across all platforms. Coordinate with the external media agency and track deliverables and timelines. Assist in ensuring the agency follows best practices in campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and optimization. Participate in weekly performance meetings and follow up on action points. Campaign Planning Support Assist in the planning of a full-funnel campaign (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion). Support alignment of paid media activities with commercial priorities, promotions, and product focus. Help coordinate testing initiatives (creatives, audiences, formats, landing pages) internally and with the agency. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Review and consolidate reports and dashboards. Track key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, and AOV. Highlight performance trends and share insights with the team. Flag underperformance and support in identifying improvement actions. Budget Tracking Support monitoring of media spend across channels. Ensure budgets are being utilized in line with plans and highlight any discrepancies. Assist in tracking performance against targets and basic profitability metrics. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with internal e-commerce, creative, and content teams to support campaign execution. Assist in preparing clear briefs for creatives based on performance needs. Coordinate with marketplace teams to support promotional activities on platforms like Amazon. Execution Follow-Up Support communication with the agency on campaign updates, optimizations, and timelines. Ensure tasks are followed up and delivered on time. Assist in maintaining consistent execution and reporting cadence. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years experience in performance marketing for e-commerce (GCC markets). Strong experience working with external agencies. Deep understanding of Google paid media ecosystems. Previous experience with Amazon is a plus Strong knowledge of full-funnel performance frameworks and scaling strategy. Proven ability to manage large budgets (USD 1M+ year). Strong analytical skills and ability to review reports, results, and optimization logic. Fluent in Arabic and English. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and follow-up discipline.
