Relationship Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Gain a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and challenges to create strategic recommendations. Discover and track new sales prospects, negotiate deals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify business opportunities by contacting fleet customer prospects and analyzing sales options. Acquire new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers. Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Present demonstrations on the Cartrack product and services. Update CRM reports on a daily basis. Achieve CRM weekly targets for calls, leads and meetings. Explore creative ways and identify opportunities to sell or promote products and services. Provide excellent customer service. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information. Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
