Sales Executive
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. With a focus on plywood, timber, and related products, you will utilize your industry knowledge and network to drive sales and achieve targets. Responsibilities Proactively identify and target potential clients, including architects and contractors, to generate new business leads. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions, showcasing the benefits of Woodstock's products. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to showcase the company's offerings and value proposition. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the team. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management. Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team, highlighting areas for improvement. Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent Woodstock and expand the company's network. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the plywood, timber, or related products industry. Proven track record of successful sales and customer relationship management. Strong network and established relationships with architects and contractors. Valid driving license is mandatory for this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust. Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade. Ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales pipeline. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Basic understanding of market research and analysis techniques. Willingness to travel within the UAE for business development purposes.
