Pricing and Operation Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Operations Handle day-to-day import and export shipment operations (Air, Sea, and Land). Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, warehouses, and overseas agents. Monitor shipments from booking to final delivery. Ensure timely documentation and operational updates. Coordinate with customers regarding shipment schedules and delivery status. Resolve shipment-related operational issues promptly. Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer requirements. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of shipments. Prepare shipment status reports and MIS as required. Pricing Obtain freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents. Prepare competitive quotations for Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), and Land Transportation. Negotiate rates with vendors and service providers. Maintain and update freight rate databases. Support the sales team with timely pricing and tender submissions. Analyze market freight trends to provide competitive pricing solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and overseas partners. Customer Service Respond promptly to customer enquiries. Provide shipment tracking and regular updates. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Handle customer queries and operational escalations professionally. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics. Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), and Land Transportation. Experience in shipment coordination and freight pricing. Good negotiation and vendor management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and MS Office. Experience using freight forwarding or logistics software is preferred. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
