Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Join a New & Fast-Growing Medical Equipment Trading Company Location: Dubai , UAE Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Medical Equipment & Healthcare Solutions Lead the Growth of a New Healthcare Business Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for healthcare and a proven ability to build business from the ground up? We are a newly established Medical Equipment Trading Company with a vision to become a trusted partner for hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare providers. We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to drive our market expansion, build customer relationships, and lead our sales growth journey. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious business growth targets. Identify and secure new customers, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare organizations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare professionals. Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market development. Lead product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial negotiations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans. Collaborate with management to establish the company's sales structure and customer acquisition strategy. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and healthcare events. Desired Candidate Profile ✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field. ✅ Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Medical Equipment, Medical Devices, Healthcare Solutions, or related industries. ✅ Strong network within hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, and procurement departments. ✅ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. ✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. ✅ Strong business development mindset with the ability to work independently. ✅ UAE/GCC market experience is highly preferred. ✅ Valid driving license is a must.
