QA/QC Engineer & Quantity Surveyor (MEP / Civil)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities QA/QC Engineers (MEP & Civil) Implement and maintain project Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures. Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and inspection plans. Conduct site inspections and coordinate material inspections. Prepare and manage Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and quality documentation. Monitor compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards. Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues. Prepare quality reports, NCRs, corrective actions, and close-out documentation. Quantity Surveyors (MEP & Civil) Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation. Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement. Prepare monthly valuations, payment applications, and variation orders. Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow. Assist with contract administration and final account settlements. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding commercial matters. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline. Minimum 4–8 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience. Strong knowledge of construction practices, QA/QC procedures, or quantity surveying principles. Familiarity with international standards, project documentation, and contract requirements. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and quantity surveying software (where applicable). Excellent communication and coordination skills. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
