Arab Sales Executive - Marble & Tiles

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting our premium range of marble and tile products. Roles & Responsibilities •Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. •Conduct outdoor sales visits to contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and project sites. •Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the marble and tiles market. •Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. •Provide product presentations, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients. •Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide feedback to management. •Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. •Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts. Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Work Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven outdoor sales experience in the marble, tiles, or building materials industry. Strong client network with contractors, consultants, and project managers in the region. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
