Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities Manage emails, calendars, appointments, and scheduling activities. Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone professionally when required. Perform data entry, record management, and maintain accurate documentation. Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and organize business information. Assist with administrative tasks, travel arrangements, and follow-ups. Support social media management and conduct online research when needed. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining confidentiality. Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and productivity. Desired Candidate Profile Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Reliable internet connection and basic technical knowledge.
