Pipeline Inspection Service Engineer (CCTV & Sonar Systems)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Install, commission, and configure pipeline inspection equipment. Operate CCTV pipeline inspection robots and sonar inspection systems during demonstrations and customer projects. Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) and live product demonstrations. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of robotic inspection systems. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, software, and communication issues. Train customers on system operation, inspection procedures, and routine maintenance. Generate inspection reports and maintain service documentation. Support the sales team with technical presentations and customer meetings. Coordinate with the manufacturer for technical support, warranty claims, and software updates. Maintain service records, spare parts inventory, and maintenance schedules. Ensure all work complies with company safety procedures and customer site requirements. Travel within Qatar and occasionally overseas for product training or technical support. Desired Candidate Profile We are looking for a highly motivated Pipeline Inspection Service Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of Pipeline CCTV Inspection Systems and Sonar Inspection Systems. The role also includes conducting customer demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC), operator training, and providing after-sales technical support for municipal, utility, infrastructure, and industrial clients.
