Office accountant /Project coordinator
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments to maintain healthy cash flow. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly, identifying and resolving discrepancies accurately. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget vs. actual, variance analysis, and profitability statements for management. Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, tracking project expenditures against allocated funds. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent is highly advantageous. Minimum of 2-6 years of progressive experience in accounting and project coordination. Proven experience within the [Specify Industry, e.g., Construction, Tech, Non-profit] sector.
