Performance Marketing Specialist
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities About the Role: We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist based in Dubai to own end-to-end paid social campaigns across TikTok and Meta platforms, leverage mobile measurement partners for accurate attribution, and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across our e-commerce, food delivery, and q-commerce verticals. This role combines technical expertise with industry knowledge to optimize campaign performance and deliver measurable ROI. Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns on TikTok and Meta to meet acquisition and revenue targets Implement and manage tracking and attribution using Adjust and Appsflyer to ensure data accuracy Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement Collaborate with e-commerce, food delivery, and q-commerce teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives Manage campaign budgets, forecasts, and pacing to maximize ROI Conduct A/B tests on ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape Required Qualifications: 3–5 years of performance marketing experience with a focus on paid social At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok and Meta advertising campaigns Proficiency in setting up and maintaining mobile measurement partner integrations (Adjust, Appsflyer) Strong understanding of e-commerce, food delivery, and q-commerce business models and KPIs Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with campaign budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Preferred Qualifications: Meta Blueprint and/or TikTok Ads certification Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar tools for data analysis Experience with BI and dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) Previous experience in the MENA region or understanding of local market dynamics Fluency in Arabic Company Industry Other Department / Functional Area Other Keywords Performance Marketing Specialist Get real-time job updates only on our App
