Lead and scale technology training and talent-development programs from concept to execution. Build strategic partnerships with technology companies and industry leaders Develop relationships with universities and academic institutions Identify industry talent needs and translate them into relevant Academy programs Develop opportunities for internships, Train-to-Hire programs, graduation projects, and employment Manage trainers, mentors, partners, and internal teams Lead industry events, workshops, hackathons, and talent initiatives Develop new corporate and university programs and partnership opportunities Track program performance and measurable business outcomes Represent Si-Vision Academy with corporate and academic stakeholders Requirements 5+ years of experience who combines strong program management capabilities with an understanding of the technology ecosystem.
