JobSphere AI ("we", "us", "our") operates the website jobsphereai.com and the JobSphere AI mobile applications for Android and iOS (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It applies equally to the website and the mobile apps.

1. Information we collect

• Job alert subscriptions. Your email address, selected job categories, and preferred delivery time, if you subscribe.
• Mobile device data. If you enable push notifications, we store a device push token, platform (Android/iOS), app version, and your notification preferences. A token may be linked to your email if you provide one.
• Usage analytics. Aggregate, non-identifying data such as pages/jobs viewed, searches, category selections, and Apply clicks, plus technical data (approximate device type, browser, referrer, IP address, UTM parameters). We do not build advertising profiles.
• Contact messages. Details you submit through the Contact form.

We do not collect payment information (donations are handled entirely by PayPal) and we do not require an account or password to use the Service.

2. How we use it

• To send the daily job alerts and push notifications you asked for.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service and measure aggregate usage.
• To respond to your enquiries.

3. Job listings and external links

JobSphere AI aggregates publicly available job listings. Every application is completed on the original employer or source website, which opens only when you tap Apply Now on a job's details page. We are not the employer and are not responsible for external sites' content or privacy practices.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Service — our email delivery provider (to send alerts) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (to deliver push notifications) — and only as needed to provide those functions, or where required by law.

5. Retention

Subscriptions and device records are kept while active. Analytics rows are retained for a limited period (currently 180 days) and then deleted. You can unsubscribe or disable notifications at any time, which deactivates the related records.

6. Your choices

• Email alerts: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Push notifications: disable them in the app's Notification Settings or your device settings.
• Access/deletion: contact us to request access to or deletion of your data.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
